Once your payment has cleared, we will package and ship your order via DHL. For items listed as "In Stock", your order will typically be shipped within 2-3 business days of your payment having cleared. Your items will be securely packaged and sent with full discretion meaning that the return address does not give any indication of the parcel containing valuable content.

Insured Shipments & Affordable Pricing

All shipments are insured for a value up to MYR 20,000 per parcel. If your order is in excess of MYR 20,000, your order will be split into multiple packages for delivery and may require additional delivery fees. Mercury Gold bears the risk of your shipment until you or your representative has signed for and collected the delivered parcels. Mercury Gold offers fully insured and tracked shipping within West Malaysia via DHL at a starting rate from MYR 10 depending on the parcel's weight. All packages are assigned an individual tracking number, which you can use to follow the progress of your shipment, right to your doorstep.

Q: What are the shipping and insurance charges for orders in Malaysia?

A: Orders being shipped by DHL within Malaysia are charged at a minimum rate starting from MYR 10 depending on the parcel's weight. This excludes insurance which will calculated upon your order's value at checkout. For orders being shipped internationally from Malaysia, the shipping and Insurance will be given after you contact us.

Q: How long will it take to ship my order?

A: Once your payment has cleared, we will typically ship your order within 2-3 business days for items listed as In Stock. The expected shipping date is indicated in the checkout and on your e-mail order confirmation.


Q: How do I track my order?

A: You can track the order status and shipping progress from order placement to delivery. We will send you an e-mail payment confirmation when we have processed your payment and again update you with the tracking number of your parcel/s when we have dispatched your order.


Q: Is my order insured?

A: Mercury Gold fully insures all shipments for full replacement value until you have collected your parcel/s. In the unlikely event a parcel is confirmed to be lost, you will receive a replacement shipment or a refund. Please contact us in case you suspect that there's an issue with your shipment.


Q: What should I do if my package appears to have been damaged or tampered with?

A: We recommend that you decline to collect or sign for any shipment that appears to be damaged or tampered with and contact us immediately.


Q: My package has not been delivered. What should I do?

A: Delays sometimes occur. We appreciate your patience to wait for your package before contacting us. Should your package not have arrived following 7 business days from the time you received the e-mail notification of the order being dispatched, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation. We may ask you to file a police report if the loss is suspected to be due to theft. If your package is confirmed to be lost following our investigation, you will receive a replacement order or a refund.


Q: How do you package orders?

A: All packages are carefully and discreetly wrapped. All items are securely packaged in protective packaging to prevent the items from shifting during shipping.


Q: What carriers/couriers do you ship with?

A: Domestic orders within Malaysia are shipped with DHL. International orders are shipped with DHL. All shipments are fully insured by Mercury Gold at MYR 20,000 per parcel.


Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Orders from the Malaysia stock location can be shipped internationally. Please contact us in advance if you wish to arrange an international shipment.
